Join one of the UK’s leading bonsai professionals, Caz Scott (Caz Bonsai), for an immersive, hands-on workshop designed to help you grow your confidence, deepen your understanding, and refine your skills in bonsai. Suitable for beginners and experienced enthusiasts alike, these intimate sessions provide focused, supportive learning in a relaxed setting.

Workshop Overview
This full-day session will focus on the seasonal care and refinement of your tree. This workshop offers the chance to build your confidence under expert guidance.
Topics covered will include:

Structural pruning and decision-making for long-term development

Wiring techniques and branch setting

Summer-specific work including thinning and decandling
-
Health and vigour: feeding, watering, and light management
-
Principles of bonsai design and aesthetics
Participants are encouraged to bring one or two trees they would like to work on during the session. Caz will offer individualised guidance throughout the day. Observers without trees are also welcome.
